Return & Refund Policy
AIRBANK provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all products purchased directly from AIRBANK. This warranty guarantees that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. Combined with our commitment to a seamless, worry-free shopping experience, AIRBANK offers clear policies for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return & Exchange Window
1.1 Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
1.2 Requests after 30 days will not be accepted, and refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
1.3 To initiate a return or exchange, contact service@airbankpump.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
2. Duties & Taxes
2.1 Most AIRBANK orders are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP); all applicable taxes and duties are included in the price.
2.2 Exceptions: DDP is not available for Brazil, Norway, Switzerland, Mexico, and other restricted regions. Customers in these regions are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
2.3 AIRBANK is not responsible for these charges and cannot reimburse or waive them. Customers should review local import regulations before placing an order.
2.4 AIRBANK reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
3. Refund & Cancellation Terms
3.1 Pre-Orders & Cancellations
- All pre-orders are charged immediately upon placement.
- Cancellation before shipment: Eligible for 95% refund; 5% processing fee applies.
- Cancellation after shipment: Not permitted.
3.2 Return Conditions
Unused Items:
- Must be in original packaging.
- Must be unused, clean, and free from odors, dirt, or markings.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Used Items:
- Returns are only accepted in extreme cases of malfunction or breakage.
- Written approval from AIRBANK is required before returning any used product. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
3.3 Inspection & Refund
- All approved returns will be inspected upon receipt.
- Once approved, refunds or replacements are issued within 2 business days.
- Unauthorized returns may be returned at the customer’s cost or subject to restocking fees.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund is not received within 2 business days of approval:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider; posting may take time.
- If still unresolved, contact service@airbankpump.com.
5. Shipping Damage Claims
5.1 In rare cases, items may be damaged during transit.
5.2 Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
5.3 Provide photos or video proof of damage.
5.4 Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.
