Fulfillment Locations
We ship from local warehouses in China, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States to ensure faster delivery.
If local stock is unavailable, your order will be shipped directly from our factory or international warehouse. In such cases, delivery time will be longer, typically 15–30 days.
Some products, including air hoses and accessories, are shipped directly from the factory and require 20–30 days for delivery.
A tracking number will be provided for all shipments and can be viewed in your order details.
Shipping fees
Free Shipping: Orders over $40 with sufficient local stock qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $40: A flat shipping fee of $10 applies.
Remote Regions / No Local Stock: Orders shipped from mainland China may incur additional shipping fees, shown at checkout.

Duties & Taxes
Most AIRBANK orders are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost and no additional customs fees are required upon delivery.
Exceptions: Due to local customs restrictions and shipping limitations, no DDP service is available for Brazil, Norway, Switzerland, Mexico, and other restricted regions. Customers in these areas are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
AIRBANK cannot reimburse or waive these charges under any circumstances. We strongly recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an order.

Before You Buy, Read This
The pump delivers precise inflation with an accuracy of ±0.2 PSI (±0.02 bar), helping you reach your target pressure reliably every time.
Yes. The pump has an automatic safety pause. If it’s inactive for about 1 minute or not inflating, it stops to prevent unnecessary strain and protect the motor.
For a 10.6 ft board: 12 PSI × 3 times or 15 PSI × 2 times per charge.
Inflation time depends on the paddleboard size, target pressure, and pump model.
According to our official testing with a 10.6 ft paddleboard:
• 12 PSI: About 5–6 minutes
• 15 PSI: About 7 minutes
